The Lymph Node Locator (LNL 300)
The Lymph Node Locator optimizes the mechanization of the process of solvent liquefaction of adipose tissue followed by fat extraction. This permits the harvesting of 100% of excised lymph nodes for cancer staging. From start to cassetting, lymph node harvesting is rapid, saves time and is cost effective.

1. The Loading Chamber can accommodate small or large volumes of solvent fixed, lymph node containing, adipose tissue.
2. Fat is extracted with non-tissue distorting pressure. A precisely sized and defatted tissue block is formed. The block has 100% of lymph nodes and all of the non-fatty connective tissue from the initial specimen.
3. The easily attached Cutting Chamber accepts transfer of the formed tissue block from the loading chamber.
4. Single cut serial sectioning of the formed tissue block occurs in the Cutting Chamber. Each cut section is sized to fit directly into a standard tissue cassette.
5. Serial Sections can be placed directly into cassettes without additional time consuming trimming
